This website is operated by Estetistanbul Medical Center ("we", "us"), located at Beyaz Karanfil Sok. No:27, Levent 3, Istanbul, Turkey. Data we collect
When you request a consultation we collect your name, country, phone number or email address, and — if you choose to share them — photographs of your hair for medical assessment. This information is used solely to evaluate your candidacy, prepare a treatment plan, and communicate with you. We never sell your data to third parties.
Photographs and medical data
Photos you send for assessment are treated as confidential medical information. They are reviewed only by our medical team, stored securely, and are never published or used in marketing without your explicit written consent (KVKK veri işleme izni / explicit consent form).
Legal basis (GDPR & KVKK 6698)
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Processing is based on your explicit consent, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and on our legitimate interest in providing safe medical services. Health data is processed only by or under the responsibility of healthcare professionals bound by confidentiality.
Data retention & international transfer
Consultation data is retained only as long as necessary for your assessment and follow-up, in line with Turkish medical record regulations. Data may be processed on secure servers within Türkiye. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask how your specific data is handled, contact us at info@estetistanbulglobal.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
